''See Little Briar and Briar Steading Holiday Cottages !!!

In Lochearnhead, our holiday cottages, Briar Steading and Little Briar are elevated within the 3 acre landscaped gardens of our 17th century B listed thatched cottage on the north shore of Loch Earn.

Each cottage sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. Choose Briar Steading our spacious luxury cottage with patio doors from the lounge and bedrooms plus an open plan living area, wood-burning stove, fully fitted kitchen, King and twin bedroom (both with en-suite bathrooms) or Little Briar our cosy pet friendly cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan living /dining/kitchen area.

Each cottage is surrounded by individual patio’s and terraces with parking for 2 cars, luxurious ornamental garden furniture and barbeques.
Briar Cottages provide outstanding views over Loch Earn to the south shore.

The views include Loch Earn, Glen Ample, Stuc a Chroin (a mountain of 3192ft) and Edinample Castle, built by Sir Colin Campbell of Glenorchy in 1630.

Briar Steading and Little Briar are on the grounds of Briar Cottage - our home. We will welcome you on arrival and are happy to assist you in any way that we can.

Guests are welcome to use our private loch front garden with its grassed lawn, jetty, slipway, picnic tables, fishing rights, boat moorings and summer house. There are two pubs and restaurants within a 200m stroll from the garden gates as well as two water sports centres, a café, post-office, grocer and cash machine in the village.
