In Callander, Perthshire on a quiet street convenient for local services and close to access to the SUSTRAN 7 cycleway to Killin. Woods walks and Bracklinn falls walks conveniently close.

The pretty little town of Callander, with its wonderful central location in beautiful scenery, has long been a popular destination for visitors to Scotland. Close to the lovely Trossachs, Loch Earn, Loch Katrine, and Loch Lomond, it is only 11 miles from the motorway and 50 from Edinburgh.

In a quiet situation, yet within easy walking distance of the town centre, Heatherlyn is a charming, traditional stone-built, mid-terraced and extremely well-appointed cottage with its own attractive garden with panoramic views of Callander Crags and Ben Ledi.

This is a lovely place for walking, exploring or simply relaxing in such comfortable surroundings. Bens Ledi, Vorlich, Venue and Vane are all within easy reach for hill walkers.
There is sailing and wind surfing on Loch Earn (14m) and riding is also available locally.

Heating by gas central heating, bed linen and towels are all INCLUDED.
Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.
