We invite you to enjoy the magic of Immeroin - over 2,500 acres of highland scenery in
Central Scotland - meandering burns, tumbling waterfalls, beautiful trees
and vast green hills.
Examine the old settlements and absorb the sense of history.
Watch the varied
bird-life, discover the abundance of wild flowers, look for red deer, and fish in the
burns.
Breathe in the clear hill air.
Immeroin is a hill-sheep farm in beautiful Glen Buckie, three miles south of the
village of Balquhidder in Scotlands first National Park.
The cottage is in a lovely elevated situation on the farm, with magnificent views of
the surrounding hills, yet easily accessible.
Immeroin is ideally situated for touring, fishing, golfing, hill-walking and water
sports - or just relaxing!

The cottage offers comfortable, immaculate accommodation and is well equipped:
Downstairs:
- a sitting room with open- and electric-fires (plenty logs available, free), and a colour
television;
- dining room;
- kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, automatic washing machine and microwave,
larder
- downstairs toilet.
Upstairs:
- three bedrooms - one double room, one twin rooms and two bunk beds
- a large bathroom with toilet, bath, wash basin and airing cupboard.
- Shower (new in 2009)
Tariff:
£220 - £380 per week seasonal dependant. Please contact us for the exact price for the week(s) you require
- All bedlinen is supplied, inclusive of rent
- towels are not normally provided.
- Electricity is charged extra, and calculated by meter readings.
