General Description :
 The property comprises a modern
semi-detached bungalow with garden area & private parking. It is in a central but
quiet location. A short easy walk takes you to the Main Street with its many interesting
shops, restaurants and other places of interest.
An ideal location for anyone without a car.
Several local walks in the upper and lower Callander Crags, woods and to
the Bracklinn falls are easily accessible from the cottage and a local cycle hire shop and
the cycleway are just a few minutes walk away.
Callander is the eastern gateway to the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs
National Park and locally there are many beauty spots and lochside picnic areas to visit.
The Trossachs, Loch Katrine and its famous steamship SS Sir Walter Scott
are a delightful 9 mile drive from Callander and a visit to Loch Lomond makes a very
pleasant day out with a very scenic drive of about 25 miles to Balloch.
Stirling, Glasgow Perth and Edinburgh are all within about 1 hours drive.
Oban, Fort William and the west coast attractions are a little further, but still well
within travelling distance by car for a day out.
