Facing south, it is bright and sunny, surrounded by a terraced area, perfect for sitting out of an evening, and a sloping, enclosed grass garden, equally perfect for children to play in safety.

This delightful property offers versatile accommodation and is equally suitable for families, who will enjoy the freedom which it offers and the scope for leisurely picnics by the lochside, walkers, who will enjoy the challenges of the hills round about (Ben Vorlich, a Munro, is almost on the doorstep), and sportsmen, for Loch Earn is a mecca for sailors, windsurfers, water skiers and canoeists.

For touring, too, you could hardly be better placed. Just half an hour from Callander and less than an hour from the Trossachs, Loch Lomond, Stirling and Perth, less than two hours from Oban and the west coast - so much of the best of Scotland is within easy reach.

Heating is by oil central heating and wood-burning stove. Heating, electricity, fuel for the fire and bed linen are all INCLUDED and towels can be hired. Sorry, no pets.
