About The Byre Inn - in The Trossachs

The Byre Inn is open throughout the winter months & offers a cosy & warm environment to enjoy a drink or two & have some lunch or dinner by the open log fire.

Hidden away amongst the trees in a beautiful corner of the village of Brig o' Turk, you'll find The Byre Inn. Unwind over a relaxed lunch or dinner by the fire or on our outside decking.

The Byre Inn prides itself on using fresh ingredients & locally sourced produce, cooked to order and served in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We offer a range of meat & fish dishes along with some delicious vegetarian options. To accompany our varied menu we offer all of our wines by the glass & have some fine cask ales that change frequently.

We are happy to cater for small private parties by prior arrangement.

Our large carpark is open to walkers, cyclists & anglers all year round if you'd like to call in for a well earned drink or meal on your return.

Our location is ideal for any visitors wishing to make the most of the local attractions:
Several lochside walks emanate from the Inn including Loch Achray, Loch Venacher & Loch Drunkie. We're very close to Glenfinglas, Ben A'an and the Sir Walter Scott Steamer to name but a few.

The Old Trossachs Church is only minutes away by car if you're having your wedding there.

Entering Brig o' Turk, follow the road down the hill, past the road on the right which leads to Glenfinglas then watch for the sign to the Byre Inn on your left.
Drive up to the car park and the Byre Inn is opposite.

Tucked away between Loch Venacher and Loch Achray, The Byre, situated just a few minutes walk from The Queen’s Forest Drive, is becoming a popular watering hole for fishing, cycling and walking enthusiasts.
