This is an attractive ground floor flat set in the beautiful Trossachs area which forms the most scenic part of Scotland's first National Park. The area contains some of the most varied scenery to be found in the country often described as a tapestry of mountains, lochs, tree-clad hills together with attractive towns and villages the largest of which is Callander This is an ideal holiday location to suit all tastes.

The property comprises a modern ground floor flat with its own entrance door. It was built in 1996 in a quiet yet central location with private parking shared by the residents. It is a short easy walk to the Main Street with its varied shops, restaurants and other places of interest.

The accommodation is of an excellent standard (3 stars Scottish Tourist Board) offering the_following :­ lounge dining room with TV, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with bath & shower over, communal garden area, private parking, electric central heating, microwave, towels & bed linen.

TARIFF

• High Season (May to October inclusive)-------£250:00 per week.
• Low Season  --------------------------------£150:00 per week.
• Short breaks from November to mid March @ £120 for 3 or 4 nights excluding Xmas and New Year.
