All offering spectacular Views over Loch Earn,
Earnknowe was once a small farm, and is set amidst the Southern Highland mountains,
facing South over Loch Earn.
The self-catering cottages were tastefully converted using existing farm buildings.
The cottages, sleeping from 2-4, equipped for all year round use. Bed linen provided.
Electric heating throughout with log burners as an optional form of winter heating.
All cottages are graded & classified within VisitScotland's (formerly the Scottish
Tourist Board) Quality Assurance Scheme. Each cottage has a wonderful view over the loch
to the mountains beyond.
The four tastefully presented award winning cottages are set in an elevated position
overlooking Loch Earn and Edinample Castle to the mountains beyond.
In 2002 a new lodge was added to provide 5 units in total, each sleeping from 2 to 4
people.
Woodburners or storage heating.
Electric heaters in all rooms.
Electricity for cooking, lighting and hot water is included.
Each cottage has colour TV.
All cottages are comfortably and comprehensively furnished.
Linen is provided and towels may be hired.
Parking is adjacent to the accommodation.
Well behaved pets are welcome but please check with us
first.
We have a jetty with a small boat for hire.
Launching and mooring of your boat can be arranged.
Free range eggs from our own hens are often available.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.
Bed and Breakfast
For those who prefer Bed and Breakfast, we can provide B&B in our traditional stone
built house close to the cottages and with the same magnificent views over the loch.
Loch Earn is a major watersports centre.
This is an ideal centre for touring, hill-walking, golf, fishing, water-sports or just
relaxing.
We have our own private jetty and fishing boats can be hired nearby. You can fish for
brown trout from our foreshore.
Village is 10 minutes walk with shop and post office and good choice of food/pubs.
