Self-catering Cottage in the Heart of ScotlandA lovely three bed-roomed cottage overlooking the river Ardle near Pitlochry . The cottage lies among some of the prettiest countryside in Scotland and is surrounded by unspoilt 'policy ground' of the former Kindrogan estate. The lodge itself enjoys a lovely and secluded position near the Kindrogan Field Centre and some distance from the public road. This area of Scotland is renowned for its outstanding countryside which ranges from the verdant pasture land at the water's edge up to the heather clad hills above. East Lodge is situated close to the hamlet of Enochdhu, in a quiet and little known area of highland Perthshire. |

Kirkmichael, around three miles to the south, provides the day-to-day facilities, Pitlochry is only 11 miles west, whilst Blairgowrie is some 15 miles distant. This area of Scotland is well known for its recreation and amenity. Fishing is a possibility, skiing is close by and for the golfer there is an excellent variety of courses, including Pitlochry and a famous a championship course, Rosemount. For those with an ornithological bent, there is a fine opportunity in the glens, with hill-walking and historic sites all on the doorstep. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
