"A secluded location with views to die for." The small working farm is set in 130 acres of beautiful Perthshire countryside, with 2 miles of trout river. The 300 year old stonebuilt cottage attached to the farmhouse was originally a Dairy.

The Farmhouse
It has a private garden, is well equipped, and has central heating and a logburner. Linen, heating, electricity and fishing are all included in the price. There is excellent hill-walking in every direction, as well as cycling. Further afield there are watersports and golf.
