Loch Lomond's west shore  A82 road Crianlarich passing Luss, Tarbet, Inveruglas Ardlui. Road from Drymen follows east shore Balmaha, Rowardennan. Lock Lomond's eastern shore sheltered bays makes popular watersport enthusiasts. The South end of the loch is very popular with water sports enthusiasts (and shoppers at the LL Shores complex). The northern end of the loch is more mountainous and scenic.

Trossachs

Between Aberfoyle and Callander lies the Trossachs. This is probably the best loved part of the National Park and offers fishing, boating, steamer excursions, cycling and walking. It has attractions for all age groups and interests and it's probably safe to say 'something for everyone'.

Callander

Often refered to as the 'Heart of the Park', this is the largest centre for accommodation, shops and services, pubs, restaurants. It is the eastern gateway to the park and easily accessed via Stirling and the A84. Many see Callander as a place to stop on the way north, but in reality this historic and lovely little town is a holiday centre in its own right with a host of local attractions and activities.
