 The Location
Luxury Scottish Self Catering apartments in the outstanding beauty of Scotland’s
first National Park and Invertrossachs Country House, complement one another. Our
self-catering apartments, located in the north wing of the main country house, offer you
comfort, seclusion and breathtaking loch and hill views, all year round.
Invertrossachs is a delightful 10-12 minute drive from Callander. The private driveway
follows the south shore of Loch Venachar and offers glorious views across the loch to Ben
Ledi and the mountains. Several pleasant stopping places give you the chance to park the
car in safety whilst you take in the scenery.
Invertrossachs is at the heart of Rob Roy country, an area steeped in the history of
Scotland. Many colourful characters have stayed on this estate and Queen Victoria, whilst
staying at the house, planted two Cedrus Deodara trees, one of which still survives on the
south lawn
All our self catering guests have access to the
owners’ 23 acres of private gardens and woodlands and shoreline, as well as the cycle
paths running through the 2500 acre Invertrossachs estate. Hill walks, nature rambles,
golf and water sports are all close by and the private loch path at the bottom of the
garden leads to miles of tranquil loch side, meandering into the Queen Elizabeth Forest
Park and beyond.

General Information
All self-catering apartments have fully fitted
kitchens with electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and
microwave as standard. Each apartment has a colour TV, CD player/radio, and hairdryer.
Heating is by electric panel radiators (automatically or thermostatically controlled) or
convector heaters in all rooms. During winter the heating is supplemented by oil fired
central heating. Open fires are permitted in the MacGregor and Venachar apartments.
Booking Conditions & Other Information
Rentals run from Saturday (3pm) to Saturday (10am) during peak holiday periods. A
minimum stay of 3 nights is required during off-peak periods.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
A non-refundable deposit is requested with every booking.
Prices include all linen, towels, electricity and solid fuel.
Pets are not permitted.
All apartments are ‘non-smoking’.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
