| This recently built extension found in one of Callander's prime locations
comprises entrance lobby, open-plan living room/kitchen, and twin bedroom with en-suite
shower room. The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave and fridge; the living area has a
T.V., video, radio, coal-effect electric stove and central heating radiator. The garden has views
towards Ben Ledi, Callander Crags, Ben Gullipen, etc. |

Guests are welcome to enjoy the peaceful garden, from which a gate opens
on to the pedestrian cycle-way giving quick access to the main street shops, restaurants
and Information/ Rob Roy Centre. The newspaper shop (which sells milk) is 4 minutes walk away; the co-op is about 7 minutes away. |
| There are many opportunities for walking, cycling, outdoor bowling, golf,
birdwatching, visiting castles visitor centres, etc. Stirling is 16 miles away: 25 mins.
by car or 40 mins. by hourly bus. Plays films and music can be found at the Mc Robert
Centre, University of Stirling.The McLaren Leisure Centre is one mile away for excellent
swimming, tennis, badminton, etc. |
