Moraylea is situated 300 metres from the centre of Callander in a surprisingly secluded quiet location. En suite rooms and breakfast tailored to suit our guests. Hospitality trays and television in rooms.
This is a spacious bungalow with its own large garden set well back from Ancaster Road and at the end of a private driveway. Ancaster Road has very little traffic and is in a quiet location above the town with views over the town to Ben Gullipen to the southwest and Ben Ledi to the northwest.
The road runs along the base of the Lower Crags woods with their variety of woodland walks. Beyond the woods are the Callander Crags which provide a very popular walk with marvelous views in all directions, even extending to the Wallace Monument at Stirling, 14 miles distant.
A walk of about 10 minutes takes you to the Bracklinn Falls walk - the falls have been a famous visitor attraction since a visit by Queen Victoria!
Off street parking and easy access to Perth, Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.

To find us
at the east end of Callander Main St is the East End post office - opposite a pink house and the entrance to the Roman Camp hotel. Go up Bracklinn Road (beside the post office) and continue up the hill, ignore the first left and cross the bridge. Pass the large house on the left and then turn left into Ancaster Road. Our driveway is on the left about 220 yards down Ancaster Road.
