Walking the "2 Bridges" , Callander
Description:
Length: about ¾mile
Start: Callander Ancaster Square
Easy level walk, all weather.
From Ancaster Square (town centre) walk west to the crossroads at the Traffic lights, turn left, across the 'Red Bridge', noting the view over the meadows to Ben Ledi to the right as you cross the bridge.
Over the bridge turn left down the path by the Primary School grounds then across the footbridge noting the view back to the red bridge and the Ben Ledi.
Continue past the Callander Kirk in South Church Street then left and back to Square via Main Street.
